Our Vision: That Sioux Falls be the most attractive place possible to live and work. Our Mission: Sioux Falls Beautiful seeks to beautify and improve the outdoor environment of all areas of the community, works to enhance the landscape of the city through the creation of attractive new and existing public sites and spaces, promotes the liberal use of color and light in public places, and encourages attractive plantings and green areas. In support of these activities, we encourage the education of community residents, and act as a liaison and a resource for schools, businesses, organizations and city government. We advocate the preservation and respect for our natural prairie environment, and place high standards on community partnerships with public and private organizations and residents in support of these purposes. |
